The Chinese market receives the Audi 5L, a version of the Audi A5 with a longer wheelbase and that offers the equipment of the A5 but with a new body.
Audi recently announced changes to its market in China. Among them, he announced the launch of the AUDI brand, without the rings and with the logo in capital letters. But this does not mean that it leaves aside its traditional line. In fact, it has just presented the new Audi A5L. This is a version of the Audi A5 with greater length between the axles. This is the only variant of the A5 that has a four-door body.
It has a length of 4,902 mm and the wheelbase is 2,965 mm. This figure shows that it is 73 mm longer than the conventional Audi A5. Of that figure, 65 mm corresponds to a greater space between axles, which positively affects the interior space especially with regard to the rear passengers.
The Audi A5L has come to be the replacement for the Audi A4L, so they have made an effort not only to surpass the A5 but also to do so with the model it replaces.
